The following notes govern your use of the Completer website and products, offered by Completer, an original Professor Prepper solution.
1. Provider identification
Completer (the “Provider”). Contact: hello@completer.example · Registered trade name operated by Professor Prepper Solutions. This imprint is provided in accordance with applicable e-commerce disclosure requirements. Replace with your registered business name, address, register number and VAT ID before going live.
2. Products & license
Each Completer is a digital desktop theme licensed to you for personal and professional use. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license for the edition bought. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the files.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown per edition and include applicable VAT where relevant. The checkout on this site processes payment through WooCommerce. In a live store, all transactions would be handled by a certified payment provider.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a goodwill policy we offer a 30-day happiness guarantee on all Completers. Statutory withdrawal rights for digital goods may be limited once download begins; your local consumer law prevails.
5. Warranty & liability
The Completer is provided “as is.” We warrant it performs substantially as described. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Intellectual property
All artwork, wordmarks, the Completer mascot and board designs are the property of the Provider. The Eisenhower matrix and Kanban are established public methodologies referenced for educational context.
7. Governing law
These notes are governed by the laws of the Provider’s place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
